Hotel itself was alright. Clean and comfortable rooms. Dealing with the customer service desk was like a drive through window at a fast food joint. Just pay them and leave them alone.

Room was clean, big, and fairly modern. The continental breakfast offered a selection of both cold and hot foods, while also being open later than usual until 10am. Competitive prices.
Good location for singles or couples. Not so convenient for families or shopping. We discovered a casino a very short drive away but none of the "normal" things we would want in a location if travelling with our littles. Restaurants/shopping etc

the first room we got when e checked in, its bathroom had a leaky pipe and there were used towels underneath the sink & the door wouldn't lock, it kept popping open & the ceiling above the tub was cracked open. it wasn't the safest or the best bathroom. so I went & notified them & had them change my room. the second room we got was much better. as usual Best Western's breakfasts are amazing.
Except for noisy bath fan, had fine experience. Clean, comfy room. Breakfast was decent, did the job, not gourmet, but satisfactory. Easy access to Buffalo. Much cheaper!! Would recommend it to others.
