Zawadzki Jewelers are crooks. I purchased an engagement ring, when I asked about a warranty I was told "don't worry about it, I'll take care of it." After having the first diamond replaced, we noticed our second diamond had several cracks on it, which makes it worthless in the eyes of other jewelers if we ever wanted to upgrade the stone. When I asked one of the owners to rectify the situation he offered one solution...return the ring for a refund. Is having a diamond without cracks or divots on the surface too much to ask? HELLO...This is the ring I proposed to my fiance with, I don't want to buy another ring, it won't have the sentimental value. When I offered a simple solution - find a comparable stone the owner said he couldn't and again simply said return the ring. This happy time has become a sad time with added stress. Very unfortunate.
