It is a gym, but if your from out of the area looking for a place for a bit, avoid this joint. When I called a gentleman was friendly and promised a tour. When I got there, the lady who "helped" me couldn't wait to get back to the paper she was reading and could not bother to get out of her seat to show me where certain items were. The equipment is different than I am used to, perfectly acceptable, but the help should have been there to get me by that. Took my $20, left me feeling taken... may be fine for a gym rat... others need not apply.
