wrong number
I deserved the ticket in 1998 for going 21 mph over the limit. The officer was stern and he represents the strengths of Lackawanna. This is not a city where going over the limit by even 5 mph is accepted. As I am older now, I appreciate the hard work of the men and women whom patrol and protect. The judge, in 1998, was understanding and accepted a plea bargain but cautioned me on the dangers of speed limit neglect. I have never forgotten the roles these men and women have played in my advancements as a safe driver. Thank you.
