Joe, Shannon, and the rest of the team are the best! If you live in South Buffalo they should be your first choice for automotive repair. They work on my cars exclusively and I would not think of going anywhere else at this point.
Took the car in because it was making a rattling\clanky noise. They took care of the rattling issue (which I wasn't even charged for) but discovered I had a broken coil spring. I bought the car used and didn't even have it for 2 weeks. I gave them the warranty paper work and I must give Lemon credit for being patient with the warranty company as they were trying their hardest to not pay for the part. He tried to do this the right way and replace the whole strut but the warranty people would only cover the spring. After a lot of back and forth with the warranty people we came to an agreement and I thank Lemon for walking me through each of the steps to get this resolved. Regardless of how busy he was, he would answer my questions and give me a status update whenever I called. He gave me options as opposed to "Well this is the only way to do it". He would get on conference calls with me and the warranty company to explain to them what the best way to approach this was (even though they were pretty stubborn) All in all, this is the best place to take your car to. No sneaky tactics or dishonest workers trying to get as much money out of you as they can. They tell you what they find, they make recommendations and give options (if there are any). They make taking in your vehicle a comfortable experience. I've never had a problem here and I've been going for roughly 6 years now.
